Shopping with us is easy! First locate the product(s) you wish to BUY HERE.
You may find the products you want in 4 ways:
1. Click on the selected product image, add to cart, go to checkout, enter address details and select payment option.
2. Use the Search or Categories (see the top of the page index - left hand column)
3. Or Browse All.

Choose your products!
On seeing a selection of products in the 3-up catalogue layout you can see a short description, various other details and a price (GST Inclusive).
You can click on the Shopping Cart icon or you can click on More
On More you can see a more detailed description of the product and if the product comes in a variety of colours or sizes you can see all your choices. Choose your quantities and Add To Cart.
You can also ask a question about the product.
When you are ready go to Shopping Cart.
Once you have one or more products in your Shopping Cart you can go to Your Shopping Cart (in the menu on the left).
There you can change the quantities or delete items out of your shopping cart.
You can go back to Search or Browse for more products.
Need to check your choices?
With partner or boss? You can save your choices as a Wishlist. This lets you record the contents of your Shopping Cart and leave the site - then come back and just click on Wishlist to proceed with more or different choices.
Alternatively you can send a Quotation to yourself or to another email address. You or the person of the email address can then click on a link in the email and come back and change the Shopping Cart or Proceed to Checkout.
Purchasing Your Products
When you Go to Checkout it will ask you to sign in or Register if a first time buyer, you select a User Name and Password and add your details - in particular your delivery address. Please note that your password is held in one-way encrypted form so it cannot be stolen from us or given by us back to you.
Freight, if any will be added. (All current prices include GST and freight).
You will be asked how you wish to pay.
Pay by Credit Card: To ensure your card safety we use Paystation. You will be transferred to a secure page to make your payment. Your card details are encripted by ssl security. Your card details are destroyed once the payment has been authorised. If you are not comfortable passing your card details on the internet. Give us a call and one of the team will process your transaction.
Pay by Internet Banking: This option completes the transaction. Note that the goods will not be despatched until the payment is received.
Pay by Cheque: This option completes the transaction. Note that the goods may not be despatched or available for collection until the cheque is cleared.
Your invoice will be attached to the email confirmation. If paying by internet banking, the invoice contains the Bank details to be entered for payment. Please include invoice number as reference. A copy of the invoice is also sent to our office to enable dispatch. Please print it off.
Contact us if you wish to collect from our office.
On returning to the site you will see a further link - Recent Purchases. This will take you to a catalogue page showing all the items you have purchased in the last year in the order "most recent first". This will enable you to re-order the same goods.
Medical Insurance and ACC claims
Any Medical Insurance or ACC claim is between you and your insurer. If your condition is due to an accident, then submit a claim on ACC, through your Medical Professional. If your medical or health insurance or income protection policy covers the condition, submit your claim directly to them with the support of your medical professional. We would recommend that you seek pre-approval prior to committing to a purchase if you are planning to claim.
Medistim have provided information to ACC and most major health insurance providers in New Zealand, and they have stated that they will consider covering the cost of the medical device if recommended by a medical professional or treatment provider on a case by case basis.

Your Alpha Stim unit (not battery or accessories) carries a 5 year warranty with the manufacturers. You must register the product as soon as possible upon receipt. Please note that non-defective products are not refundable and you should check with your medical professional to check that the Alpha Stim is suitable for you to use prior to purchase.
